USE
The fresh leaves are prepared as a tea. They also taste good fresh in yogurt. The slightly bitter taste of the leaves can be sweetened with a little honey. The plant continues to grow in winter, providing fresh greenery for use all year round. The leaves can also be dried or stored in the fridge for a few days.
CARE
Brahmi is a very easy to care for houseplant. It prefers a nutrient-rich soil and plenty of moisture. The perennial Brahmi prefers a sunny to semi-shady spot. Seed-resistant variety.
