At this size, the plants are wonderful for planting in planters and planters for your garden, patio or balcony.
Conifers are also excellent for forming hedges. Pruning plays an important role in the development of the plants. Conifers should be cut back at least 1x or preferably 2x a year to get a nice full hedge
If you want to cut back the conifers only 1x a year, the best time would be the beginning of August. The plants should also not be cut back in too hot or extremely sunny weather to avoid burns.
