The Echinopsis multiplex is a beautiful, spherical cactus with a striking ribbed structure and impressive flowers that it can develop later. This cactus species forms dense, spherical bodies and conceals such tiny spines that it appears almost spineless. However, the spectacular flowers produced by this cactus are particularly remarkable: they are large, trumpet-shaped and appear in bright colors such as white or cream. The flowers usually open in the early hours of the morning and remain for several days, making Echinopsis multiplex a real highlight in any cactus collection.
