Robust, hardy wild aster - Aster ageratoides 'Ashvi'
Aster ageratoides 'Ashvi', also known as Asian wild aster, is a beautiful late-flowering perennial that delights with its bright white flowers from August until late fall. Its upright, bushy growth ensures a dense flowering display that attracts numerous bees and butterflies and brings the garden to life in the fall.
This wild aster is hardy and thrives best in full sun in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. It is extremely easy to care for and resilient to adverse weather conditions. Pruning back to the ground in early March promotes vigorous growth and abundant flowering in the following season. Perfect for natural gardens, borders or as a long-lasting flowering plant in mixed herbaceous borders.
