Flowering, hardy perennial - Aster ageratoides 'Asran'
Aster ageratoides 'Asran', also known as wild aster, is a beautiful, easy-care perennial that enriches the garden with its bright purple flowers from August until late fall. It grows upright and forms a dense carpet of flowers that attracts bees and butterflies and brings the autumn landscape to life.
This aster is hardy and thrives best in full sun, where it unfolds its lush profusion of flowers. It prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and requires minimal care. Pruning back to the ground in March promotes vigorous growth and even more abundant flowering in the coming season. Ideal for borders, natural gardens or as a colorful autumn bloomer in combination with grasses and other perennials.
