Pachypodium lameri
This archetypal Madagascar palm was discovered in Madagascar in the 1960s by Alfred Stirnadel and introduced on the European market. Then as now, the seeds for these plants are harvested exclusively for our nursery in a small plantation. A mission station and a school have been built from the sale and many activities have been supported.
