Have you ever seen flying, green mini dolphins? Not yet? Then it's about time.
Senecio Peregrinus, also known as dolphin plant or dolphin collar, is a very unusual succulent plant. You don't have to look at the plant for long to understand why it is called that.
The small leaves grow like pearls on a necklace, but look like little dolphins jumping out of the water. The dolphins are complete, including the dorsal fin! Hence the nickname "String of Dolphins"!
In summer it can also produce small white flowers.
It can be planted in tall containers or in a hanging basket.
